Prime Minister Surayud Chulanont said Saturday that the Election Commission must find its own measure to solve the problem of the lack of special ballots for the blind.

The EC has earlier complained that it did not have enough budget to print Braille ballots for the blind.

Surayud said it would depend on the EC itself whether it would make preparations for the blind in time for the voting next Sunday.

"It will depend on measures that the EC will propose to the government," Surayud said.
