Piyasvasti sues THAI
Axed Thai Airways International (THAI) President Piyasvasti Amranand Thursday said he sued THAI at the Labour Court over the injustice in his job termination, a year ahead of completing his fouryear term on July 11, 2013.
He demanded the company to pay Bt10 million in compensation or reinstate him back to his old post. The court already set the first hearing on July 24 at 1pm.
Piyasvasti said the lawsuit was to set standard and good governance in Thai state enterprises.
