Surat Thani - The provincial administration here declared four districts as a disaster zone.

The four districts are Chaiya, Tha Chana, Don Sak and Chai Buri.

The provincial administration said the floods affected 144 villages in 18 tambons and caused a total damage of Bt15 million.
