Doctors who examined Rakesh Saxena, 57, extradited from Canada, said his health condition is good enough to give statements to police and to be detained at Crime Suppression Bureau's cell.

Earlier there was concerns that Rakesh would possibly be unable to enter police interrogation due to his poor health. Saxena had reportedly suffered from stroke earlier this year and he had to be on wheelchair since then.
