GE Money awarded as best call centre



GE Money Thailand receives the 2009 Best Call Centre Award in the category of 'Best In-House Call Center with over 50 Seats' from the Call Centre Industry Association Thailand for two consecutive years. The award recognises GE Money's expertise in technology, people, and process integration.

 

The non-bank businesses currently operated by GE Money Thailand include instalment finance and personal finance (First Choice and Power Buy cards), and three credit card joint ventures: Krungsriayudhya Card Company which manages Krungsri GE and Home Pro Visa cards, as well as Krungsri GE Dream Loan; General Card Services Company Limited which operates Central MasterCard, and Robinson Visa card; Tesco Card Services Limited which manages Tesco Visa cards.

GE Money has a strategic investment in the Bank of Ayudhya and holds a 34.92 percent stake in the bank.
