As it plans to consolidate nondrybulkshipping invest¬ment into one company, all of Mermaid Maritime's shares owned by Thoresen Shipping Singapore and Thoresen Chartering (HK) were sold to Soleado Holdings, which now owns 21.74 per cent of the subsidiary.
