His Majesty's condition improves

The Royal Household Bureau announced Saturday that His Majesty's condition improved and his fever subsided.

In its second statement, the bureau said his temperature was lower than the temperature Friday.

The statement said His Majesty had mild coughing.

An x-ray of the chest did not find any inflammation in the lungs and the heart performed fine.

The bureau said the lab test did not find influenza A and B infection in his blood system.

Doctors reduced the amount of intravenous feeding and saline solution after His Majesty could take more soft food.
