Pro-govt camp claims conspiracy

Veera Musigapong, a host of the pro-government "Today's Truth" programme, has claimed that The People's Alliance for Democracy was being secretly promised that if the Suvarnabhumi and Don Muang airports can reopen, its enemies will be dealt with another way.

Veera pointed at what he claimed was the suspicious attempt to move up the party dissolution cases involving three government coalition parties for final verdicts on December 2.

He said the PAD was practically being told that if the movement gets protesters out of the airports, the verdicts could be in its favour.

"I don't have to show any evidence. Just hearing the PAD leaders say that everything will end on December 2 is enough," he said.

On Friday it was reported that the Constitution Court would not conduct any more trial and will issue verdicts on December 2. Ever since speculation has been rife that the ruling People Power Party would be certainly dissolved, whereas the Chat Thai and Machima Thipataya parties also apppear doomed. 

Veera also added that Sunday's gathering of pro-government protesters at Sanam Luang today will be peaceful and not lead to confrontation or violence.
