Esso raises Bt8 bn through B/E

Esso (Thailand) Plc's board approved the issuance of bills of exchange (B/E) of which outstanding value would not exceed Bt8 billion.

The B/E will carry either the fixed or floating rate. Esso has not yet finalised to what type of investors will the B/E be sold.

The company said in a statement to the exchange that the proceeds will be used as working capital.
