Managing director Vichai Kongsriong said the company designed the new model for detached houses under the moderntropical concept to suit homeowners who love to stay close to nature.

The moderntropical theme has three models with a combined utilisation space of between 304 square metres and 315 square metres at prices that start at Bt4.43 million. There are units with four bedrooms and four bathrooms as well as five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The design also has a living room, kitchen rooms, working area, maid room, dining room, balcony and a parking area for two cars.

The design for the detached house uses a three-storey design to combine functionality as well as design aesthetics.

Vichai said the theme and design take care of functionality as well as design and provide a mix and match between the interior and the exte¬rior. This is inspired by the homebuilder's attempt to generate a feel¬ing that the resident is close to nature, which in turn helps them relax after a hard day's work and also offers more convenience on week¬ends.

Vichai said that inside the detached house there is lots of open space - between the second floor and the first floor - which has been achieved by using a doublevolume ceiling which creates a feeling of more space for the resident.

The company has also selected construction raw materials that are environmentally friendly and energy efficient to build the houses.

"We are concerned about our cus¬tomer's lifestyle and their future spending. Therefore, we have made provisions by building a double wall and also by using raw materials and designs that are environmentally friendly and energy efficient and will help the customer save on their elec¬tricity bill," he said.
