PAD seizes Phuket Airport

The anti-government protesters have seized the Phuket International Airport, to support the People's Alliance for Democracy gathering in Bangkok.

A Thai PBS reporter in the province reported that the protesters have surrounded the airport, and departure tourists had to climb a ladder to get into the airport for their departure flights.

She added that the airport's official insisted that no flight has been suspended following the seize.
