With an eye on the issue of global warming, Property Perfect is set to launch its latest project called The Metro O2 Town. The Bt2-billion project features 587 three-storey town homes, which have been designed under the concept of "The Avenue of Flora".

Under this concept, residents can enjoy the beauty of nature with various flowers growing throughout the area of the project.

Residents also have easy access to Airport Link and Rama IX road. The Metro Rama IX can be accessed from two sides - one from Pattanakarn 63 road and the other from Bangkok-Chon Buri road.

All houses have insulation installed to reflect heat from outside and this also helps save on electricity by using less air-conditioning.

Development of the project is separated into two phases. The first phase occupies 35.99 rai out of a total of 63.7 rai and consists of 275 units. The total value of the first phase is Bt1 billion.

The price per unit ranges from Bt3.3 million to Bt5 million. The company also offers two special schemes for customers - a Bt50,000 discount and a free air-conditioner.

Facilities in the project include clubhouses, swimming pools, fitness centre, modern-styled garden and security system.
