Police comb for Vatana

A group of ten Samat Prakan police searched a house in Samut Prakan's Muang District in which Vatana Asavahame, chairman of Puea Pandin Party believed to have been hiding.





Led by Pol Maj Col Pakpum Hoya, police brought with them a search warrant to the house number 14-16 which is Vatana's birthplace. They did not find him or any evidence that would point to his hiding place.

Former deputy interior minister Vatana is wanted by the court to hear the verdict on the corruption case involving Klong Dan wastewater treatment project.
