GEOX sets up ninth outlet in Kingdom

AA Footwear, importer and distributor of brand-name footwear, yesterday officially opened its latest store for Geox footwear, in the CentralWorld shopping complex.

Geox is an Italian brand of shoe and apparel. It uses waterproof and breathable fabrics in all of its products.

AA Footwear president Pichit Chongsatitwatana said the latest Geox store at CentralWorld is the ninth outlet in Thailand.

He said Geox opened its first store at Central Bang Na in 2003. With total retail space of 173 square metres, the store has been divided into different zones for men's, women's and children's shoes.

"We're opening our Geox outlet in CentralWorld because we see the great potential of the shopping complex, located in the prime business area in the heart of Bangkok . The shopping complex attracts medium- to upper-income shoppers, who are the main target for Geox," he said.
