Asian property launches townhouses

In a bid to boost sales in the second half of the year, Asian Property Development has launched a townhouse project on Rama IX-Ring Road called Baan Klang Muang.

The units have been designed under the Urbanion label.

Four types of units are up for grabs on the 11-rai project. The Urbanion Banyan Tree has three-storey contemporary townhouses spanning 177 square metres. The spacious units consist of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen and two-car parking space.

The master bedroom is located on the third floor and offers a balcony and a view of the green backyard.

The Urbanion Pine Tree offers three-storey townhouses with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen and two-car parking space. The units offer two types of gardens - "flowerpot" and "garden bush" - in the open porch.

The Urbanion Palm Tree offers units with a span of 144 square metres. They have three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen and car parking space. The units offer a "green court" garden.

The Urbanion Rain Tree offers three-storey townhouses spanning 145 square metres with three bedrooms and bathrooms.

It offers a "natural family room" on the second floor and is close to the living room. Also featured are gardens in both the "flowerpot" and "garden bush" styles.
