Golden Land awards Bt2.3-bn construction contract to Ritta

Golden Land Property Development has awarded the construction contract to build the superstructure of its 70,000-square-metre Sathorn Square Office Tower to Ritta for Bt2.3 billion.

The Grade-A office tower is scheduled to be completed in 2010 and will be the first major office tower in Bangkok in more than a decade.

The office is located at the prestigious Sathorn-Narathiwat crossroads next to the former Russian embassy in the heart of Bangkok's central business district. - The Nation
