PAD continues impeachment move against MPs, Senators
The People's Alliance for Democracy on Friday insisted to continue the impeachment proceedings against 164 MPs and Senators who lodged a motion to amend the Constitution, despite the motion being dropped.
PAD leaders led by Somsak Kosaisuk submitted the list of 31,881 people supported the impeachment petition to Senate Speaker Prasopsuk Boondet.
So far 42 MPs and Senators withdrew their names from supporting the motion causing less than one fifth of total required number supporting the motion.
