Prinsiri is offering zero-per-cent mortgage loans to entice home-buyers to its Northern Town project on the Phahonyothin-Rangsit Road. Buyers will also stand a chance to drive away a Honda Jazz. The campaign is on till the end of this month.

Prinsiri vice president Chaiwat Kovitchindachai said the Northern Town project has both detached houses and townhouses. Prices for townhouses start at Bt1.95 million and Bt4 million for detached houses.

Asian Property unveils Baan Klang Kung on Ratchavipha Road 

Asian Property Development recently launched Baan Klang Kung, a detached-housing project,  on Ratchavipha Road.

The project is spread over 18 rai and offers utilisation space ranging between 290 square metres and 380 square metres. Prices start at Bt13 million and go up to Bt15 million per unit.

The project has been a success with only eight units left for sale, the company said.

Property Perfect plans new phases of the Metro Park

Property Perfect plans to launch three new condominium projects over the next 12 months under the Metro Park brand at three locations - Sathorn Phase III, Ratchada and Sukumvit.

The cumulative value of these projects will be Bt12 billion.

Prices at the new phases start at Bt50,000 per square metre, nearly double the prices of the company's existing projects.

Major Development deems condominium project a success

Major Development's Bt3.3-billion condominium project - Reflection Jomtien Beach, Pattaya - has been a success with pre-sales worth 38 per cent of the total project value, the company said.

A grand sale is planned in the second quarter. Prices start at Bt100,000 per square metre.
