Jakrapob to hold press conference on Monday

PM's Office Minister Jakrapob Penkair will on Monday take on all questions relating to his controversial remarks deemed offensive to the monarchy, government deputy spokesman Natthawut Saikua said on Thursday.

Jakrapob plans to distribute the translated copies of his English speeches as proof of him having no intent to violate the revered institution, Natthawut said.

Police have complete the translation of the controversial remarks and are in the process of summoning the embattled minister to give his statement, expected to take place next week.
