Two administrative judges will be named tomorrow for Constitution Court

The Supreme Administrative Court will tomorrow convene a full bench to nominate two judges to fill vacant seats at the Constitution Court as per provisions of the 2007 Constitution, SAC president Ackaratorn Chularat said on Wednesday.

The two nominees under the SAC quota will be appointed by a royal command along with three nominated by the Supreme Court and four selected from political science and law expertise.

Three SAC judges are frontrunners for the two slots. They are Udomsak Nitimontri, Paiboon Siangkong and Charoon Inthachan.
