AIS shareholders approve Bt14 bn bonds

Advanced Info Service's shareholders approved the issuance of upto Bt14 billion bonds, which will be used to finance the network expansion.

The company said in the statement to the Stock Exchange of Thailand that shareholders also endorsed the second-half dividend payment of Bt3.30 per share, pushing the 2007 dividend to Bt6.30. The additional dividend will be paid on May 8.
