Trairat Chatkaew, chief executive of SSC Solutions, said the company is reorganising to list on the MAI so that it can invest in research and development. The company will also mobilise the funds for expansion into the international market.
The company has divided its business into three areas which include the software distribution unit, the research and development software unit and the international software unit.
As part of the software distribution unit, the company provides two new software solutions, the first of which is the Sense e-Form, an electronic form to help businesses and organisations realign their document-based processes and make their businesses paperless.
The other solution is called Sense Water, a water leakage management software, which helps manage water loss with the help of a Web-based technology.
Meanwhile, the research and development software unit is developing new innovative technologies, such as software knowledge management, to support the domestic and international markets.
"We are a local software company which develops innovative technology along with Thai software developers who conform to international standards," Trairat said.
He said the company will join hands with international business partners in Australia, Korea, Romania, India, Italy, Japan and Vietnam to market Sense Water and Sense e-Form solutions.
"We have the knowledge to develop new products and we expect to enter the international market by the end of this year," Trairat said.
He said the company expects to generate about 60 per cent of this year's revenue from the international market.
"We have international partners who will push our products in their countries. We believe our products have the potential because our software solutions have the ability to help businesses save on costs and enhance the efficiency of their processes," Trairat said.
