After expected low-season sales in the first half of the year, the company has launched an aggressive sales campaign.
It is offering its steepest ever discount of 25 per cent since opening here two years ago.
Marketing manager Charnchant Krisadawat yesterday said the company plans to introduce a collection of at least 10 new models every quarter. She said more than 40 models would be launched in Thailand this year.
"We expect to sell at least 13,000 pairs of Dr Martens shoes this year," she said.
Its discount campaign from now until May 31 will be offered at its 16 branches mostly in shopping malls.
The company expects the campaign to boost sales growth by 20 per cent in the current quarter.
Dr Martens' shoes are priced in the range of Bt2,500 to Bt4,500.
Charnchat said OTT Footwear also plans to open more outlets but they will come under a new format called "mobile counter" to release its end-of-season stocks.
She said the company expects to open three Dr Martens mobile counters this year, in The Emporium, Sukhumvit, in Central Plaza, Chaengwattana, and in Central Plaza, Kad Suankaew, Chiang Mai.
She said the company would introduce casual footwear with more colourful designs this summer.
