Under the Application of Digital Library for Education project, a digital repository of books, articles, music, videos, slides, photographs, teaching records and other learning resources will be maintained. The library will be accessible to students and teachers at any time and any place.

The project aims to increase learning opportunities and allow sustainable development of education in the country.

Nokia Siemens to extend Hutchison's network coverage

Nokia Siemens Networks will help strengthen Hutchison Telecom Indonesia's GSM/WCDMA network coverage in Java and Sumatra. It will also help set up GSM core networks in Kalimantan and Sulawesi.

The projects are a part of Hutchison's expansion plans across the islands over the next three years.

As per the contract, Nokia will broaden Hutchison's network coverage in Java and Sumatra, including planning and setting up of 2,800 base stations. Nokia will also provide network management services and install the core networks for Hutchison in Kalimantan and Sulawesi.
