SENSE e-Form is an electronic-document application designed for large organisations which deal with many types of application forms.
Subhaprasert Wongsuwan, managing director of SSC Solutions, said the software suite provides users the convenience and flexibility of an electronic form. Instead of managing a hundred different types of paper forms and scanning them into a soft format, users can change over to electronic forms easily. The software is designed to allow users to develop their own e-form in accordance with the format of their existing paper forms.
"Once end-users fill in the form's details, the system will process the e-form according to the form owner's protocol. Instead of saving it as an image, it can be saved in the PDF format as well," Subhaprasert said.
The e-form software provides an organisation a better way to keep track of millions of records. The SENSE e-Form comes with an analysis feature which allows users to generate a report using information from the e-forms.
The company has spent two years developing the software and the product is targeted at the local market. It is already being used at 3,000 sites of the Department of Provincial Administration (DOPA) across the Kingdom for more than a year. It is also being used by many educational institutes such as the Joint Staff College, Phramongkutklao Hospital and College of Medicine and the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce since late last year.
The targeted customers for the e-form application are government organisations and educational institutes. SSC aims to gain about 20 customers this year.
