THAI serves special meal in response to Restaurant in the Air Campaign

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited is now reviving Restaurant in the Air Campaign with its experienced THAI's Executive Chef Santo Zoppis creating special meals for passengers traveling on the route Bangkok - London, flight TG916; Bangkok - Frankfurt, flight TG922 and Bangkok - Munich, flight TG924 during 1st March - 31st March 2008.

It aims to introduce tasty meals from famous restaurants such as Mrs. Balbir Restaurant (Indian Food). Through initiative like this, THAI has tried its best to provide customers with the best service to achieve maximum satisfaction and to have a point of difference from other airlines"

Royal First Class passengers will be served:

First Serving: Mini Vol au Vent with Fricassee of Portobello (Mushroom Scented with Fresh Thyme)

First Course: Combination of Potato Salad with Truffle Oil Goose Liver and Avocado Mashed Cherry Tomato

Main Course: Seared Chilean Sea Bass topped with Pancetta and Leek Tomato 

 Fondus Black Squid Ink Linguine, Roasted Vegetables

Dessert: Charlotte of Coconut Mousse Jasmine Panna Cotta and Mango Coriander Jelly OR Savarin of Raspberry Creme Brulee

Royal Silk Class Passengers will be served:
