Singapore-based Pacific Star International (Thailand) has launched its second residential project at Thong Lor Soi 8 called "Eight Thonglor Residences", a mixed-use development worth Bt4 billion.

The project comprises 196 condominium units, 150 serviced apartments and 5,600 square metres of retail space spread across three storeys.

The company's property and revenue manager, Chollachat Meksupha, said the project offers the best in urban lifestyle by combining the pleasure of residential as well as recreational spaces.

The retail area will also be called "Eight Thonglor" and most of the shops and restaurants will be designed to suit an urban lifestyle. The project will have its soft opening in May.

It will have an infinity-edge swimming pool, a fitness and aerobics room, sauna rooms, children's play area and a sky garden.
