Charan may be kicked upstairs

Justice Ministery permanet secretary Charan Pakdithanakul is believed to be the latest casulty in the transfer move by the Samak government.



Peerapan Prempooti, former secretary-general of the Anti-Money Laundering Commission has been rumoured to replace Charan.

Charan said people who are in charge of running the country must make sure that they give justice to permanent officials. "Otherwise they must bear the responsibility of their decision and action,'' he said.
