Second phase of project launched

Property firm Image Property yesterday launched the second phase of its Image Place project on Buddha Mondhol IV Road.

The new phase, worth Bt500 million, will see 120 single-detached houses with prices starting at Bt3.99 million.

Managing director Surasit Tiyawatcharapong said sales in the second phase were expected to be completed this year.

Image Property is owned by the Tiyawatcharapong family. They also have a textile business and manufacture LA-brand bicycles.

Image Place, the company's first project, was launched in the middle of last year and generated sales of Bt1 billion.
