Managing director Dhongchai Lamsan said the board recently approved the reorganisation to distribute administrative power in each unit more efficiently. The reorganisation took effect on February 16.

Last year, Loxley underwent a reorganisation in which five units - technology and IT, projects, services, joint ventures and trading - were created. The additional three lines are special projects, education and media and foreign trading.

Dhongchai said he would oversee special projects such as Loxley Thales.

Executive vice president Vasant Chatikavanij covers technology and IT such as Loxbit, Suraphand Bhasitnirandr is responsible for trading business such as Loxley Trading, Sompop Chareonkul supervises education and media such as Asia Security Management, Suroj Lamsan supervises technology, Suchin Baholyodhin oversees projects and Jingjai Hanchanlash supervises foreign trading.

Suebtrakul Soonthornthum, senior executive vice president, supervises joint ventures.

"The corporate restructuring is to refocus and create synergy in the company and associated companies' businesses. They will also support each other," he said.
