ERA expects mobile-marketing boost

Property agency ERA Franchises (Thailand) expects to achieve sales of Bt2.5 billion this year after launching mobile marketing for selling used homes.

President Voradet Sivatachnon said yesterday that RNC, a joint venture with its IT partner, would send information about used homes to the mobile phones of its franchisees nationwide. RNC has registered capital of Bt1 million.

ERA has 615 members - 600 personal and 15 corporate - but plans to expand its franchise system in the provinces this year.

Voradet said the company was now negotiating to provide the franchise system and mobile marketing to a provincial investor, who is a property developer in the South.

ERA had sales of Bt2 billion last year.
