To reach the goal, the company also plans to launch a Bt200-million detached-housing project called Baan Budsaba on Bangkok's Tivanont Road.
Managing director Pramote Theerakul yesterday said the overall home-building market in 2008 was expected to improve.
"As local political factors have become clear, it is expected that consumers will be more confident and build more houses," he said.
The company announced sales of Bt458 million for last year, with Bt75 million from the housing segment priced below Bt5 million, Bt240 million from homes priced Bt5 million to Bt10 million, and Bt80 million from houses over Bt10 million.
Under the development strategies, the company will focus on its key businesses of home building, interior design and furnishing, building materials and advertising, event and printed-material design. This year, its home-building group will focus on new designs to capture the market's constantly changing needs as well as providing a range of services from design and construction through to after-sales.
The company now has more than 50 home designs to choose from, with prices ranging from below Bt5 million managed by Four Develop Houses; Bt5 million and above managed by Four Pattana; and interior design and furnishing managed by Four Pattana Interior.
This year, the company will also develop fully furnished houses as an alternative .
Following the success of its Baan Chuen Ratchada project, the company has also moved into its second residential project on Tivanont Road under the brand Baan Budsaba, with a land area of more than 8 rai.
The project will be developed into 50 detached houses with an average size of 50 to 70 square wah and a total project value of Bt200 million.
The company will also participate in the News Home Builder 3 exhibition with the Home Builder Association from March 7-9 at the Bangkok Convention Centre.
