Kbank joins Bt4.14 bn loan syndication

Kasikornbank joined the Bt4.14 billion loan syndication to finance the Millennium Residence, a downtown condominium project on Sukhumvit Road.

Joining the syndicated project finacing are Bank of Ayudhya and TMB Bank. Each will provide Bt1.38 billion.

The syndication followed the view that a city condominium would enjoy continued demand.

The construction of Millennium Residence is 20 per cent completed. As of December 2007, 179 units or 59.2 per cent of total 302 units from two buildings have been sold.
