EC endorsed more 26 winning candidates
The Election Commission Friday endorsed another 26 winning candidates including People Power party deputy leader Yongyuth Tiyaphairat.
As of Friday, there were 460 of 480 MPselect endorsed by the EC. The number made over 95 per cent of the 480 House seats which can convene the first House session.
People Power Party (PPP) secretary general Surapong Suebwonglee said the first House session will convene next Monday.
The House will choose a House Speaker next Wednesday and a Prime minister next Friday. After that the coalition will then choose Cabinet members and address government policy to the House.
