Tax lawyer and businessman Ruangkrai Leekitwattana accused Kosit of helping Padaeng Industry Public Co to get Cabinet permission for zinc mining in Mae Sot, Tak province and receive an extension of its concession for the mine.

The NCCC also rejected a polygamy complaint against Deputy Prime Minister Sonthi Boonyaratglin, saying it was a personal matter.

Klanarong said multiple marriages did not involve malfeasance or misconduct by a state officer while doing his duties, so it was not an NCCC concern.

The Pirab Khao 2006 group claimed the former Muslim Army chief wed Sukalaya and Wanna when he was a lieutenant, then tied the knot with Piyada when he became a captain.
