Celebrated chef Dane Clouston's menu for couples on February 14 offering a choice of entrées, main courses and desserts is priced at HK$898 (Bt3,4000) + 10% per person from 6pm-11pm, accompanied by romantic music by DJ Ivan.
Guest are welcomed with his signature amuse-bouche Japanese inspired oyster shooter, before entrée choices of either crispy pigeon breast with green pea and ginger risotto, fried pigeon egg and broth, or blue fin tuna with ox heart tomato and radish balsamic syrup and crushed hazelnuts.
A peach and champagne sorbet cleanser introduces main course options of either roasted yellow tail king fish with chermoula spices and saffron potatoes; barbequed wagyu beef brisket with olive oil mash, numeko mushrooms and tarragon and chestnut salad; or seared baby crayfish with cannellonis of goat's cheese and broad beans, crispy veal sweet breads and shaved black truffle.
Decadent dessert choices served with a celebratory glass of Veuve Clicquot Rosé champagne are double chocolate soufflé with raspberry ripple ice cream, or burnt lemon citrus tart with vanilla cream.
