 Menu:  Thai Beef Salad (Yum Nua Yang), Spicy Prawn Soup (Tom Yam Goong),

Thai Style Fried Noodles with Prawns wrapped with Omelette (Phad Thai Goong Hor Kai), and Chicken Green Curry (Gang Khiew Wan Gai)

 Dim Sum Class with  Chinese Master  Chef Wong Kam-Yao

 Menu: Deep Fried Rolls with Mango, Deep Fried Hum Sui Gor,

Steamed Crab Meat Dumpling with Shrimp, and Steamed Conpoy Dumpling with Chicken
