"This morning I informed Justice Minister Charnchai Likhitjittha in writing that I wished to work at a court," Charan said as he chaired a seminar on ethics and good governance at the Corrections Department.

Charan is a former Supreme Court secretary-general.

Charan said all courts were free to recruit him. "The courts will decide based on my qualifications," he said.
