Natural Park sells PA shares

Natural Park Plc sold 208.7 million shares in Pacific Assets on December 21, raising a total of Bt993 million sum.

The property company said from the sum, it repaid the remaining Bt775.22 million debts of Siam City Bank and Bt150.98 million to Krung Thai Bank.

After the payment, it still owes Bt860 million to Krung Thai Bank and it is in the process of extending the repayment period, the company said in the statement to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Pacific Assets' shares were sold at Bt4.76 apiece to ADM Galleus Fund Ltd and GMW Holding Co Ltd.
