X2 Kui-Buri resort opens on schedule

After two years of development, the country's first X2 resort - the X2 Kui-Buri - officially opened its doors on schedule this month near the beachside town of Kui Buri in Prachuap Khiri Khan.

"To open any resort or hotel on time is an outstanding accomplishment," said X2 Resorts CEO Anthony McDonald.

The designer resort brand has another ongoing project on Koh Samui, scheduled to open next June.

Managed by Astudo Hotel and Resort Management, the X2 Kui-Buri offers a blend of metropolitan sophistication, superior facilities and sensory-rich products and services, McDonald said.

The resort is situated beside a peaceful seaside village near Kui-Buri, just south of Hua Hin and only a three-hour drive from Bangkok. This resort of high-end villas is set amid 1.62 hectares of virgin beachfront land.

The resort rooms comprise one owner villa, one deluxe suite villa, two deluxe pool villas, 19 pool villas and four bungalow-styled villas, designed by Bangkok-based architect Duangrit Bunnag. The size of the villas ranges from 70-255 square metres.
