Blocking at the Parliament continues

Non-government organisation network continued blocking entrance roads to the Parliament on Wednesday, demanding for the National Legislative Assembly to stop considering laws.

The movement, led by John Ungpakorn, started the blockage which is joined by 500 people, at about 8am.

John said that the rally is aimed at opposing the NLA's consideration on eight Acts which they believed were unfair, including internal security act.

The protesters sit at the entrance gates, blocking all commuting.

Police meanwhile deployed some 500 personnel in full gear inside the compound to prevent reoccurrence of the chaos when the protesters broke into the Parliament compound.
