The Nai Lert Park Hotel's Ma Maison presents a traditional gastronomic feast for this American holiday starting with a special pumpkin appetiser, followed by porcini mushrooms, mascarpone soup and black truffles, turkey quenelle with sweet corn.

The main course is roasted turkey breast stuffed with chestnuts and wild mushrooms. Milk chocolate mousse pumpkin cake is the sweet finish.

Hamilton's Steak House in the Dusit Thani Hotel offers American-style roast turkey from the carving trolley. A sumptuous four-course set dinner is Bt1,550 and is available until November 24.

Patummat restaurant in the Siam City Hotel celebrates the festival with a buffet lunch (Bt610) and dinner (Bt770) tomorrow. Traditional selections include roast turkey with chestnut stuffing and all the trimmings, pumpkin soup, apple and mince pies. The dishes are part of the daily international buffet.

You can also celebrate the occasion tomorrow with a special Thanksgiving buffet dinner at the Med, Westin Grande Sukhumvit Hotel.

The buffet includes traditional specialities such as roast turkey with giblet gravy; sourdough dressing; chipolata sausage; cranberry sauce; honey-glazed baked ham; pumpkin pie and ice cream. There will also be freshly made pizza and pasta, succulent seafood and crunchy salads. The price is Bt1,100 per person.
