Dragon One to invest in broadcast satellite television provider
Dragon One said on Monday has signed memorandum of understanding with Media Communication Networks Co Ltd regarding a potential investment into the business on Friday.
The expected completion date shall be in 15 days or will be extend accordance with mutual negotiation, while the proportion of investment of the company will depend on result of due diligent.
Media Communication Networks provides broadcast satellite television to cable operators throughout the country reaching over 2 million household subscribers. Media Com provides 8 channels under "MTV" and "Smile TV" brands.- The Nation
