Kaka eager to play at Morumbi stadium in Sao Paulo again

Rio de Janeiro (dpa) - Brazil midfielder Kaka returned to his country Tuesday and noted he is eager to play at the Morumbi stadium in Sao Paulo, where the Milan star became a footballer.

Brazil is set to play Uruguay at Morumbi on November 21 in the South American qualifiers for the South Africa 2010 World Cup. Kaka appeared likely to be in the host's starting line-up.

"It will be very good to return and see the fans again after so long," said the former idol of Brazilian giants Sao Paulo.

Kaka, 25, rose through Sao Paulo's youth schemes and senior team and joined Milan in 2003. He is a favourite to win this year's FIFA World Player of the Year award.

Kaka arrived Tuesday in Rio de Janeiro to join the Brazilian squad that is preparing under coach Carlos Dunga for upcoming qualifiers against Peru, on Sunday in Lima, and against Uruguay.
