Erawan invests more in subsidiary
Erawan Group will subscribe 2.9 million newly issued shares of Erawan Rajdamri Co Ltd (ERD), its subsidiary, in its proportion of 99.99 per cent.
ERD will increase its registered captial from Bt160 million to Bt450 million by issuing 2.9 million shares at par value of Bt100 for existing shareholders. The proceed will be used to repay the loan from Erawan. - The Nation
