
On the day, 92 million shares were changed hands on total turnover of Bt465.4 million.
The stock opened Bt5.80 or 87 per cent above the IPO price of Bt3.10. The IPO price is a discount of 30 per cent from price earning (PE) ratio of Market for Alternative Investment, the second-tier exchange.
Chomduen Satavuthi, the company's managing director, said that the performance on debut was beyond her expectation. The impressive debut could be contributed to the low number of allocated shares and the cheap IPO price, she said.
The Stock Exchange of Thailand Index also gained 0.29 per cent or 2.45 points on Friday, closing at 845.50 points.
