Job positions for UK graduates

The British Council, in cooperation with the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT), has set up a job placement scheme to give opportunities for alumni of British universities to work for BCCT-member companies.



Graduates from the UK will gain work-based experience on their return to Thailand as well as acquire contacts with Britain-based companies needing new employees.

All Thai alumni of British universities are welcome to apply. Successful candidates will be offered work-based experience at a trainee management level for at least two months and have the possibility of permanent employment after the programme is completed. The starting salary range is Bt20,000 to 40,000, depending on qualifications.

General requirements are:

* A master's degree from a British institution acquired no less than three years ago in a related discipline;

* Fluency in both written and spoken English;

* The ability to demonstrate competency in points stated in the application form;

* Leadership qualities as well as good communication and interpersonal skills;

* The ability to be a good team player, as well as being creative, analytical and flexible;

* A working knowledge of MS Office.

Management trainee positions in various disciplines at 12 leading international organisations are available.
