AI's shares in joint venture falls
Asian Insulators said its joint venture company, PPC Asian Insulators Co Ltd, has increased registered capital from Bt165 million to Bt263 million.
But AI did not exercise the right, thus, its percentage of shares has reduced by dilution effect from 40 per cent to 25.10 per cent. - The Nation
