Supported by UK Trade and Investment and the Association of British Healthcare Industries (ABHI), British small and medium-sized companies will join medical technology companies from all continents at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre from September 12-15. ABHI director-general John Wilkinson said Asia-Pacific markets were proving attractive for UK companies. Hospimedica Thailand is a leading exhibition providing a vehicle for UK firms to promote themselves in the international medical technology landscape.
"In 2005, the Thai medical market was worth more than Bt180 million, and last year demand for medical equipment and supplies increased by more than 23 per cent," said UK Trade and Investment CEO Andrew Cahn.
