Practising yoga is good for your health, but it works even better if you watch your diet too. Health Design's diet plan for serious yoga practitioners suggests eating plenty of fruits, cereal and milk, as they are full of fibre, protein and vitamins but low in cholesterol. If you still have problem cutting high protein foods, try to go for those with less fat such as fish or meat substitutions like tofu.

The magazine also looks at how working long hours in front of the computer can damage your health.

The magazine travels to Vietnam this month, kicking off with a spotlight on shopping that tells you what bargains you shouldn't miss. These include ceramic teapots, traditional Vietnamese coffee makers and artichoke tea.

Then meet two young Thais who moved to Vietnam a few years ago and have fallen in love with their adopted country. One is searching for new cultural experiences while for the other, the excitement lies in travel.
